Automation projects rarely stall because of technology. They stall because nobody agreed on what success looks like. That's why every project with us starts with a short form of four questions.

1. Process goal

One sentence: what the request is, and what the result is. For example, “every WhatsApp quote request becomes an Excel draft ready for review”. If the goal needs a paragraph, it still needs to be split into more than one project.

2. Required data

Which files and systems the automation reads: the catalogue, the price list, the calendar, the CRM. Who owns each one, and how often it changes.

3. Access permissions

Will the system only read, or also write? Into which system? Who on the team can approve? Clear permissions from day one protect your data and speed up launch, because nobody waits for access halfway through.

4. Acceptance test

A set of real requests and the expected result for each. The project is delivered when the system passes this test, not when it looks good in a demo. The test stays, and we run it again after every change.
