List Arabic and English spellings and product names, then exclude ambiguous terms. Identify the sources your enabled tools can actually access. Web access is not complete coverage of every platform or private post.
Keep context visible
Classify questions, complaints, praise and unverified reports. Egyptian sarcasm can read as literal praise, so retain a short excerpt and source link for review. Group reposts into one event instead of counting every copy as an independent problem.
Turn monitoring into action
Suggest priority and an owner without automatically replying to sensitive allegations. Measure useful discoveries and classification errors. Minimize personal data and avoid turning brand monitoring into dossiers on individuals.
