Test actual speech
Use appropriately authorized samples with varied dialects, noise, speeds and spoken numbers. Separate transcription errors from intent errors. Show the interpreted full address before acting on an address-change request.
Offer a fallback
Allow typed clarification or human help when audio fails. Define appropriate recording access and retention rather than keeping everything indefinitely. Measure correct task completion after confirmation, not transcript quality alone.
